The Training Sword is a two-handed weapon which resembles the Longsword, but without the lethal capabilities of one. Although primarily used for practice, the Training Sword still has the capability to kill a player.

Historical References[ | ]
The training longsword, also called a feder or federschwert, is a blunt metal fencing sword used in HEMA and historical fencing. Similarly to the foil and epee, it is designed like its combat equivalent except for the blunted, more flexible blade meant to bend and flop for the safety of its users, with the lack of point at the tip for the same purpose. This design came into existence during the European Renaissance with higher quality steels allowing for flexible blades that didn't exist in earlier times, at least in large numbers. It's odd design with an enlarged ricasso maintains equal weight and balance with a real longsword.
